Decide how much money you have to spend. Some companies have a certain amount of money designated for the corporate holiday party based on how many employees there are during a given year. Of course you won't be able to make everyone happy, but it's nice to know what the general consensus is about certain aspects. For example, was the Elvis impersonator appreciated, or was he boring? Did employees like the buffet or the sit-down type of meal?

If you don't have much money, a company gameshow is a great alternative. Venues and entertainment seem to get booked fairly early in the year, so don't waste time or you may be out of luck.

Put every employee's name in a box and pull out names for different things like televisions, vacation days, radios, lawn chairs, or gift certificates. DJ/MC (Emcee)

Your DJ will MC and Coordinate everything for you! The DJ will arrive early to setup and start playing background music. After setting up the DJ will be available to greet the guests, let them know of any special arrangements They will also be available to take requests as well before everything gets started. Once the event gets underway, with your approval and where appropriate, they will make announcements, motivate your guests, conduct participation activities and get everyone up and dancing!

Each DJ carries an extensive collection of music from Big Band, Oldies, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and all the way up to the newest and hottest Top 40 Hits. Your sunset DJ can also do other genres such as Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Latin, Reggae and more. We have something to please all of your guests. Mood Lighting and Effects

Our essential mood lighting is included in our packages when appropriate at no additional charges. The essential mood lighting will usually consist of a variety of white and multi colored lights. They help to create an upbeat mood on the dance floor.
